Kunhitharuvai Memorial Charitable Trust (KMCT), widely recognized as KMCT Group of Institutions, is a registered charitable trust governed by a Board of Trustees and established in 1999. Founded by Dr. K. Moidu as the Founder Chairman, Dr. Navas K. M. currently serves as the Chairman, and Dr. Ayisha Nazreen functions as the Executive Trustee and Director. Today, KMCT has grown into a leading educational and healthcare group with more than 27 educational institutions across 7 campuses located in Calicut, Malappuram, and Kasaragod districts. The group offers over 150 professional programs in diverse fields and serves a student community of more than 12,000 students.

To meet the growing demand for skilled healthcare professionals, KMCT Group of Institutions has established KMCT Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Vadakara. The college aims to support the healthcare needs of Kerala by offering quality pharmacy education and practical training.
